Massi is a Polish family business founded by brothers Maciej and Bartosz Siejka. They grew up in the sanitary and bathroom trade— continuing the family company started by their father — and after his unexpected passing they took the helm and turned a small distribution business into one of the fastest-growing bathroom brands in Europe.
That story still shapes the way we work. We believe a bathroom is more than a functional room — it’s a private, intimate space where the day begins and ends. A place to be yourself: without secrets, without makeup, without anything in the way. Every product we make, every finish we develop and every detail we obsess over is built around that belief.

Standard sizes rarely fit non-standard projects. With our Go Size service, we adjust the colour, shape and dimensions of shower screens, bathtub screens and mirrors to match your drawings — so the product follows the design, not the other way around.

FAQ
Is the sample kit free?
Yes. Sample kits are provided free of charge to verified architecture and interior design studios. After you submit the form, our team reviews your application and ships the kit anywhere in the EU at no cost.
Do you ship outside Poland?
Yes. We deliver across the European Union as standard, and we already operate on Eastern markets including Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Shipments outside the EU can be arranged on request — your account manager will confirm timing and terms.
What is the delivery time within the EU?
Stock items typically ship within a few business days. Custom dimensions (Go Size) and bespoke finishes (Go Color) are quoted with a project-specific timeline before order confirmation.
Are trade discounts available?
Yes. Verified studios in the Massi Professional Program receive trade pricing on the full collection, plus dedicated project-based quotes for larger specifications.
Can I order custom finishes?
Yes. Beyond our standard palette, our Go Color service lets you specify bathtubs and washbasins in more than 200 colours. Share the reference — RAL, NCS, a fabric, a stone — and we’ll work with you on a match.
Do you provide 3D files?
Yes. CAD files, technical drawings and full installation documentation are available for specified products. Your account manager will send the full package once you’re working on a live project.
What about warranty?
Our standard warranty is 5 years on bathtubs and ceramics and 2 years on bathroom faucets. The ceramic warranty can be extended free of charge by an additional 5 years after registering your purchase — for a total of up to 10 years.
